I also completed this chapter by showing or talking about his written literature.
- The third chapter: It is dedicated to identify the book concerning contents, organization or ordering), references, and the scientific value.
I also talked about the manuscripts of this book according to their scientific value and places where they are found.
In addition, there is a fourth chapter: Here I issue the point of view of Islamic schools in ‘al’amr belma’rouf walnahi ‘an al-munkar, aiming at the will to enrich scientifically this book, and to illustrate that these Islamic schools are views that, try to interpret verses of Qura’an, Sunna, and other islamic legislation resources, where there is a positive role in enriching islamic views and developing its legislations. I also have divided this chapter into two cateories:
The first one deals with the concept of ‘al’amr belma’rouf walnahi ‘an al-munkar, it also consists of three requirements: the first deals with the meaning of enjoining ‘al’amr), forbidding walnahi), kindness alma’rouf) and iniquity al-munkar). The second requirement: Here I stated “Hisba” with its relation to ‘al’amr belma’rouf walnahi ‘an al- munkar.
The third one: It talks about al-Nasiha) advise in relation to ‘al’amr belma’rouf walnahi ‘an al-munkar.
