From what has been mentioned, it is obvious that this book has an enourmous scientific magnitude, so I made my desicion for it to be my project to complete the requirements of an M.A degree by studying and investigating this book, I also called my project: Kitab Ighathat al- malhouf bessaif al-mouthakkar fi ‘al’amr belma’rouf walnahi ‘an al- munkar by Sa’eed Bin Khalfan Al-Khaleely study and investigation)

The methodology of the study, which I followed, consists of two parts:

The first part: Here I issued in studying the author and his book in three chapters:

- The first chapter: It deals with the scientific, political, and social life in the era of the author and its influences on the situation in Oman.

This chapter also consists of three fields:

1. Divisions of Omani empire.

2. Oman before ‘Emamat’ Azzan Bin Qais, here we also find two requirements. The first one deals with the government of Thuaini Bin Sa’eed. In the other requirement, we deal with the government of Salim Bin Thuaini.

3. The government of Emam Azzan Bin Qais, and also this category is classified into two requirements: His crowining and efforts, the second is about the collapse of the Emama by Turki Bin Sa’eed and the assassination of Emam Azzan and Shaiekh Sa’eed Bin Khalfan Al-Khaleely.
