“Kitab Ighathat Al-Malhouf Bessaif Al-Mauthakkar Fi ‘al’mar belma’rouf Walnahi ‘an al-munkar by Sa’eed Bin Khalfan Al-Khaleely, is specialized in illustrating rules of enjoining kindness and forbidding, iniquity ‘ala’mr belma’rouf Walnahi an al-munkar), where it answers many important questions of this field, such as, what we mean by ‘ala’mr belmarouf Walnahi ‘an al-munkar? of what limitations and stages are they? who performs it? is it the governor or common people? what conditions a performer of it must meet? And is performing it a motive to stand against the governor?

This book also deals with cases of Islamic criminal legislation in fields of: Illustration of crime parts, their components, ways of conformating them, the defendant situation and motives, and the punishment that suits every case a long with rules related to jails and places of detention.

The author has also divided his book after the introduction into three categories

- The first category: concerns taken evidences that confirm ‘al’amr belma’rouf, walnahi ‘an al-munkar by holy Qura’an, sunna and Athar. The author has also talked about the subjects of this category in three chapters.

- The second category: It deals with judgements of ‘al’amr belma’rouf walnahi ‘an al-munkar, and with an illustration of crimes and their rules and punishments along with other cases realted to this category. This is also the largest one of the book since it consists of ten chapters along with a number of categories and affairs.
